1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Arena Club Koh Phangan's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
• All information provided must be accurate and truthful
• Confirmation emails will be sent to the address provided

2.2 Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards)
• All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated
• A 10% service fee applies to all bookings
• Prices are subject to change without notice

2.3 Check-In and Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM (15:00)
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM (varies by property)
• Valid photo ID is required at check-in
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability

3. Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation

• Free cancellation: Up to 7 days before check-in (full refund)
• Partial refund: 3-7 days before check-in (50% refund)
• No refund: Less than 3 days before check-in or no-show

Special Events (Full Moon Party, etc.)

• No refunds: Bookings during special events are non-refundable
• Modifications may be allowed subject to availability

4. House Rules

Guests must comply with the following house rules:

• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM (dorms and private rooms)
• No smoking in rooms or indoor areas
• No illegal substances on the premises
• Respect other guests and staff at all times
• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected
• Guests are responsible for lost or damaged items
• Visitors must check in at reception

5. Liability and Disclaimers

5.1 Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Lockers are provided for valuables. Use them at your own discretion.

5.2 Personal Injury

While we maintain our facilities to high standards, we are not liable for injuries sustained on the premises unless caused by our negligence.

5.3 Third-Party Services

Activities and tours booked through us or our partners are at your own risk. We act only as a booking agent and are not responsible for the actions of third-party providers.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (storms, floods, earthquakes)
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Government actions or restrictions
• Power outages or infrastructure failures
• Civil unrest or war

7. Modifications to Bookings

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability
• Modification fees may apply
• Contact us at least 48 hours before check-in for changes
• Downgrades (e.g., private to dorm) may incur a 20% rebooking fee

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Arena Club Koh Phangan or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first. We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat Thani, Thailand.

11. Age Restrictions

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Some facilities (e.g., bar areas) may have additional age restrictions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
