Our story
From one hostel to the whole island
Arena Club started with a simple vision: to create the ultimate social experience on Koh Phangan. What began as a single hostel has grown into the island's largest hospitality group, offering diverse accommodations from budget-friendly dorms to luxury villas.
Our philosophy has always been the same - genuine connections matter more than anything else. That's why our WiFi password is "talk2people". We believe in putting down your phone, meeting fellow travelers, and creating memories that last a lifetime.
Today, Arena Club is synonymous with the Full Moon Party experience, offering not just places to stay, but a complete lifestyle with world-class sporting facilities, legendary parties, and a community that spans the globe.

Cancellation Policy
- Standard bookings: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
- Full Moon & Half Moon periods: No cancellation allowed once payment is received

- Office open every day from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Payment Information
- Private rooms: Contact us to pay the reservation in full in advance
- Dorms: Payment required in cash only on arrival. We don't accept credit cards

Full Moon & Half Moon Period Bookings
- We HIGHLY recommend booking 3 days before the Moon Party to enjoy all major parties (Waterfall Party, Jungle Experience, etc.)
- Once we receive your booking, please contact us for payment details
- Full payment is required in advance
- It is your responsibility to contact us for full payment - your booking may not be confirmed without it
- We are not responsible for credit card issues or insufficient funds
- If we don't receive your payment, we have the right to cancel the booking at any time
- No Prepayment = No Confirmed Booking!
- No Show = No Refund!
- Once payment is made, there will be no refunds
Age Policy - Party Hostel
As this is a Party Hostel, we have specific age requirements:
- We cannot accept bookings for anyone under 18 years old
- Due to previous experiences, we can no longer accept bookings for people over 36 years old
- Exception: If you're over 36 but ready to party and still young in your mind, contact us!
- If you've booked and are outside this age range, please contact us and we'll help find alternate accommodation if you prefer a quieter stay
Important Notes
- Due to high demand, make sure to book in advance to secure your stay
- During our busiest times, we may be overbooked. In this rare case, customers would stay at our sister hostel just next door
- The rooms at our sister hostel are as good as ours and everyone can enjoy the best of both hostels!
