How do I make a booking?
You can book directly through our website, contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. We also accept bookings through Booking.com and Hostelworld.
What's your cancellation policy?
Standard cancellation: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
Full Moon & Half Moon periods: No cancellation allowed once payment is received. Full payment is required in advance. No prepayment = No confirmed booking. No show = No refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
For private rooms, full payment is required in advance. For dorms, payment is required in cash only upon arrival. We don't accept credit cards on-site.
Can I access all facilities from any property?
Absolutely! All guests staying at any Arena Club property have full access to our swimming pools, football pitch, padel courts, gym, and restaurant.
